Hi, I’m Carolyn.

Five years ago I was coping with some major health issues. I’d been diagnosed with PCOS and Celiac’s Disease. When I found myself with a major injury, my prescribed medication severely impacted my physical and mental health.

 

I was determined to heal myself. And I did.

 

I developed an understanding of how to heal my own gut, and how to make sure the food I put in my body was contributing to my overall health and wellness.

 

Once I understood the physical part of what my body needed to thrive, I was able to work my way out of the depression as well.

 

But that’s only half the story…

 

I realized that the habits I created for myself were allowing me to overcome some of the major hurdles in my life.

 

So I kept going.

 

I reframed my entire mindset and built the systems that would allow me to not only remain healthy, but accomplish some of my biggest personal goals as well.

 

Now, I help my clients reframe their beliefs and behaviors so that they can make their dreams a reality. 

 

And that’s why I’m excited to offer Health and Habit Coaching at Cary Integrative Health.
